1: How can I order or shop?

2: How long will it take me to receive my order?

We try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, because the more excited you are, we are also more excited.  We want to dispatch your order in one day but have the highest demand for our products, we want to deliver within 3-4 days working days, and you receive your order.

3: Do we deliver overseas?

Yes! We have a system to deliver the orders abroad, But it all takes a lot of time and depends on your location.

4: Will I get everything in the picture?

We recommend that you read the product details carefully before purchasing, as this is often the case. The item you are looking in the picture for either does not exist or is for sale separately.

5: How much is the delivery charge?

If your parcel is across our border and if the charges apply then you will be informed with the details of the parcel, Otherwise depends on parcel weight. If your parcel weight is 100g, delivery charges start from €2.10.

6: What should I do if I have to cancel my order?

If for some reason you feel you do not need the order, or if you have received the wrong atomic order, contact our customer service as soon as possible and cancel the order.

7: What if my order is damaged or lost?

It is our responsibility to protect your order, we will handle your order with full responsibility. If it ever happens by accident, then it is our responsibility to fulfill it.
